Corporate Social Responsibility

SMART Alliance’s vision is to be "the Alliance of Choice of all media companies in the Asia Pacific". we all put our hearts and minds to it. We feel a strong sense of responsibility towards our members, as well as our local communities and social issues. This is our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which extends beyond national borders.

In Oct 2009, a humanitarian charity television special "The Project Hope show", organised by MediaCorp rasied funds of S$1.35 mil for the victims of Typhoon Ketsana and the Padang earthquake. SMART Alliance has sent their representatives – Indonesian singer Rini Wulandari from MNC, and Thai star Mint Ardhawadee from BBTV to support the charity event.
